At LAEVA, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every LAEVA bag is backed by a 1-Year Craftmanship Warranty from the date of purchase.

What is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

• Stitching defects
• Hardware defects, including zippers, clasps, and rivets
• Construction defects

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, scuffs, and cosmetic damage
• Water damage
• Improper use, accidents, or abuse
• Natural variations, aging, and patina of leather

How to Submit a Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, please contact us at info@laevaofficial.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the affected area

Our team will review your claim and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

LAEVA reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all warranty claims.
