Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@laevaofficial.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can help resolve the issue.
